Responsibilities:
  • Assist Managing Director for documents/files/data administration, schedule arrangement, filing, reporting.
  • Build workshops/events agenda; managing workshop/event execution;ensuring all logistics, material and arrangements are in place.
  • Work with workshops/events speakers for schedule arrangements and reminder.
  • Control workshops/events cost by finding the best deals for each event element.
  • Identify potential clients for workshop/event and do cold-call to secure participants. 
Requirement: 
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, especially in Training/Seminar/Education program management
  • Maximum age 27 years old
  • Well organized, result- and detail-oriented with a determined mindset to achieve goals
  • Possess a good sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Eager to learn and able to think outside of the box
  • Good interpersonal, communications and business writing skills
  • Good in spoken and written English

Department : General

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to open positions with client companies.
  • Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
  • Screening candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.
  • Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports based on the candidates' experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
  • Identify potential new clients and do cold-call for new business opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably having knowledge and experience on selling of IT Products.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent.
