Job Description

  • Design and implement recruiting strategy
  • Source and recruit candidates by using internal, external database, networking, etc.
  • Conducting phone interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • As a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Conducting reference check for candidates if needed
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team
  • Willing to be assigned to projects that require to be placed on the client’s site within a certain period of time and with certain job descriptions
