- Work closely with internal customers, vendors and internal technical development team to deliver support activities or projects
- Perform requirements analysis, assess change requests in terms of impact, complexity, and business value, benefit and validate the requests with Process Governance
- Coordinate with the development team, prepare scenario test scripts, conduct testing and support UAT & getting sign off. prepare related deployment activities
