Job Description

  • Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR review
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to business decisions
