- Design and implement recruiting strategy
- Source and recruit candidates by using internal, external database, networking, etc.
- Conducting phone interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- As a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conducting reference check for candidates if needed
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team
- Willing to be assigned to projects that require to be placed on the client’s site within a certain period of time and with certain job descriptions
